Voting Guide

1. Verify your voter registration

Log on to the Georgia My Voter Page.

Input your first initial, last name, county, date of birth and click submit.

On the left side of your screen, you will see your information. Verify this information is correct.

If you are not registered, or are registered in a different county, you will see “Your registration information was not located.”

If you are not registered to vote at your current address, you should update your voter registration online using your Georgia Driver’s License or ID.

IMPORTANT: The deadline to register to vote or update your registration is October 9th, 2018.

2. Review your sample ballot

After confirming your registration, log in to the Georgia My Voter Page

On the left side of the page, below your information, a link will appear for you to view your sample ballot.

Print your sample ballot, or review it online. Make sure to look at every choice on the ballot, paying particular attention to down-ballot races.

After taking time to research your choices, complete your sample ballot and use it as a reference when you go to vote.

IMPORTANT: Sample ballots are made available shortly before early voting. If you are not able to view your sample ballot, please check again soon.

3. Find your polling location

After confirming your registration, log in to the Georgia My Voter Page

On the right side of the page you should see your Polling Place for State, County, and Municipal Elections.

You should see the name, address, and hours of your polling location.

IMPORTANT: This is your voting precinct for ELECTION DAY ONLY. To view early vote locations, please follow the link “Click Here for Early Voting Locations and Times.” If you live in Cobb County, you can locate early voting information here.

4. Vote!

You’ve located your polling location or early vote location, now it’s time to VOTE!

Voting early is the preferred method. You save time by not having to wait in the long lines on Election Day.

If you have a car, bring 4 friends with you to vote early.

If you have any issues at the polling location, please call the Democratic Party of Georgia’s Voter Protection Hotline at 888-730-5816.
